Assistant Electrical Project Manager – National Projects

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Electrical Project Manager to support its National Projects Team. The role involves assisting the Project Manager throughout the full project lifecycle, from business development and estimating to execution and closeout, across heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision.
• Manage multi‑trade installation methods, including electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare technical documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Provide value‑engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.

Required profile

• Electrical field experience with industrial/commercial projects.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and general understanding of mechanical, civil, and structural work.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Self‑motivated with leadership and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites at least 75% of the time.
