About the role
The Assistant Director, Nursing for the Cancer Service Line and Infusion Centers will provide clinical leadership and oversight for oncology nursing services. This position supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care across the cancer program and infusion facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff within the cancer service line and infusion centers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and optimize patient flow.
- Manage resources, budgeting, and staffing schedules to meet service demands.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
Required profile
- Current RN licensure in Arkansas.
- Significant experience in oncology or infusion nursing.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
