Assistant Community Manager – Solis Dresden Village

About the role

This position supports the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the Solis Dresden Village community. Responsibilities include accounting, rent collection, invoice processing, bank deposits, and using property‑management software to track and report financial activity.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite (or similar) property‑management software, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.
• Review resident files for unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices, obtain approvals, code charges, and coordinate payments.
• Assist with evictions, move‑out processing, and lease term compliance.
• Act as on‑site supervisor in the Community Manager’s absence, coordinating maintenance and daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in property management or residence life.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and detail‑oriented work style.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata).
• Competence in internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
