The Technical Service Administrative Assistant supports the smooth operation of the technical service department by managing schedules, controlling documentation, and ensuring the billing process runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor agendas for the technical service team.
• Control and trace technical reports and documentation.
• Follow up on the billing process and ensure timely invoicing.
• Anticipate deadlines, identify inconsistencies, and prioritize urgent matters.
• Communicate continuously with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
