Area Manager – Device Systems Capital Sales, Image Guided Therapy

About the role

The Area Manager leads business development and acquisition activities for Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) devices across the assigned U.S. territory. The role focuses on driving capital, disposable and service sales while strengthening Philips' competitive position in the imaging and therapy market.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Philips IGT devices and services to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
• Achieve and grow total revenue—including capital, disposable, and extended‑service sales—across the U.S. territory.
• Develop deep account penetration, identify new target accounts and manage key customer relationships.
• Provide clinical training, education and technical product information to physicians, staff and administrators.
• Collaborate with the extended Philips team to execute account strategies, pricing and product positioning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of capital sales experience in cardiology, peripheral vascular, or interventional spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage physicians, clinical staff and supply‑chain partners.
