About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) specialized in cardiac electrophysiology. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports a multidisciplinary team delivering cutting‑edge arrhythmia care and research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and follow‑up of electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures.
• Provide peri‑procedural patient assessment, monitoring, and post‑procedure care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in education of residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current licensure as an APRN or PA in the United States.
• Experience in cardiac electrophysiology or related cardiac care.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
