Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote sales development team. You will help B2B clients across multiple industries connect with decision‑makers, generate qualified sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in target companies.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for client sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for outreach.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sales engagement platforms.
