Appointment Setter (In-Office)

About the role

Renuity is expanding and urgently hiring appointment setters to support its customer acquisition efforts. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building rapport with prospects, and scheduling consultation appointments for the outside sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments.
• Handle inbound prospects from various marketing sources such as TV, radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail.
• Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads with conversion rates up to 40%.
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to meet sales and productivity objectives.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in call‑center sales (preferred).
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (plus).
• Tech‑savvy, familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type 30 WPM or more.
• High energy, positivity, flexibility, determination, and persuasive personality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
