About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this full‑time position you will support existing and prospective clients by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge, helping them navigate benefit enrollment and coverage options.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute benefit enrollment materials and verify eligibility.
- Handle and dispatch incoming customer service calls.
- Respond to client requests for coverage, advocating in their best interests.
- Create and explain personalized policies using the Needs Analysis system.
- Collaborate with management to stay informed about new products, services, and policies.
