Appointment Business Center Scheduler III

About the role

The Appointment Business Center Scheduler III supports the scheduling operations for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, ensuring efficient appointment management for patients and staff. This position is part of the ICE | CORE PA Float department and works within a collaborative health‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate appointment bookings for the Business Center, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Utilize Workday and related systems to track appointments and update records.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with reporting and data entry related to appointment metrics.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees or graduate assistants) with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work day shift hours on site in Little Rock.
