Application Programmer Analyst – Zoho Creator Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Application Programmer Analyst designs, develops, tests, and maintains software applications that support organizational goals. The role focuses on seamless integration, technical support, and collaboration across departments to deliver efficient technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new software applications based on organizational needs.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and resolve application‑related issues promptly.
• Participate in system integration, data migration, and implementation of new solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application programming or systems analysis; 5+ years preferred.
• Hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions with Zoho Creator.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
