Application Engineer - AMS Retrofit

About the role

The Retrofit Applications Engineer will provide conceptual engineering, cost estimating, and proposal preparation for gas processing equipment, including modular mechanical refrigeration, reciprocating compressors, and power generation units.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret customer needs and project specifications to develop optimized solutions.
• Prepare system process simulations, design, size and select suitable equipment.
• Generate cost and schedule estimates and evaluate design fit.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including drawings and diagrams.
• Develop preliminary execution plans, evaluate suppliers and internal resource requirements.

Required profile

• BS Engineering degree (preferred) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Experience designing natural gas compression, processing, or treating equipment.
• Ability to develop process simulations using HYSYS, SAP, CAD or similar software.
• Fluent English and proficient in Microsoft Office.
