Appian Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

The Infosys Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team is seeking an Appian Consultant to join its Richardson, TX office. You will work on enterprise‑level integration projects, customizing and extending ERP solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and validate specifications.
• Assist in solution architecture design by customizing Appian modules and ERP features based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain a stable codebase.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and ensure consistent data flow between ERP and other systems.
• Assess ERP system performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for customizations and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Skill in translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
