Apartment Locator – Inside Sales

About the role

Smart City is looking for an empathetic, goal‑driven Apartment Locator to join its Inside Sales team. You will work directly with renters, match them to available units, and earn commissions on each lease you close.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship from initial lead through lease signing.
• Communicate with clients via text, phone, and email to understand their needs.
• Curate hyper‑personalized lists of available apartment units.
• Coordinate tours with property partners and attend them in person.
• Earn commissions for each successful lease.

Required profile

• Empathetic, compassionate, and intuitive.
• Social, outgoing, and self‑driven.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong sense of humor.
• Excellent multitasker who moves quickly.
• Highly responsive follow‑up ninja.

Required skills

• Laptop (required for mobile client access and video calls).
• iPhone (required to run the iOS‑only CRM).
