About the role

Help people find their next home as an Apartment Locator in Houston. You will work one‑on‑one with renters, tour properties, and guide them through the leasing process, turning a major decision into a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients from the first conversation to a signed lease.
• Communicate via phone, text, and email to keep prospects informed.
• Build personalized apartment recommendations based on client needs.
• Tour apartments throughout Houston and coordinate with leasing partners.
• Celebrate move‑in days and ensure a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people.
• Experience in sales or client service, comfortable juggling multiple conversations.
• Motivated by goals and eager to see effort translate into results.
• Willingness to obtain a Texas Real Estate License within six weeks of hire.
• Ability to travel locally around Houston and use a laptop and iPhone for client communication.

Required skills

• iPhone (iOS) for using the custom CRM mobile app.
