About the role
As an Annealer at Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation you will operate and monitor annealing furnaces to ensure optimal performance and product quality. You will load and unload materials while following strict safety protocols and perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate annealing furnaces according to specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor furnace temperatures, pressures and interior conditions on an hourly schedule.
- Conduct product hardness testing and print in‑process tags.
- Inspect annealing pots and trays and quarantine off‑analysis material.
- Maintain furnace equipment, blow out air‑burner tubes and fire extinguishers.
- Report production data pre‑ and post‑shift to management.
Required profile
- Ability to use both hands repetitively throughout the shift.
- Constant awareness of surroundings and ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lb.
- Forklift experience and willingness to work the shift until relieved by another operator.
- Ability to obtain a tow‑motor license and pass LOTO and confined‑space training.
