About the role
The Analyst will join MidCap Financial Services' Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors underwriting team, focusing on underwriting and executing leveraged lending transactions for middle‑market companies.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze leveraged lending transactions and build detailed financial models.
- Prepare projection case scenarios and conduct financial due diligence.
- Draft initial deal reviews and credit memorandums.
- Support the execution of transactions from underwriting through closing.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in leveraged lending, investment banking, private equity, or accounting.
- Strong credit analysis skillset with meaningful underwriting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
