Analysis Manager

About the role

Zeno Power is seeking a highly motivated Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team developing Radioisotope Power Systems. The role involves overseeing structural, thermal, and nuclear analyses to support mission‑critical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and oversight to mechanical and nuclear analysts, ensuring high‑quality, timely deliverables.
• Review and give feedback on structural, thermal, and nuclear analysis work while balancing program schedules.
• Manage workload and resource allocation across multiple projects, aligning priorities with company goals.
• Support professional development of team members through coaching, feedback, and performance discussions.
• Partner with design, systems engineering, materials, and program management to integrate analysis into product development.
• Serve as technical escalation point, guiding analysis approaches, assumptions, and modeling strategies.

Required profile

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Nuclear Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in mechanical, thermal, structural, or nuclear analysis.
• 3+ years of management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with AS9100, NQA‑1 or similar quality standards.
• Proven ability to identify technical risks and define bounding cases.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural analysis.
• Thermal analysis methods and tools.
• Nuclear analysis expertise.
• Multidisciplinary analysis environment coordination.
