Alliance Manager – Somerset, NJ

About the role

The Alliance Manager will lead Infosys’s partnership ecosystem in the United States, focusing on driving revenue through strategic alliances with technology and industry partners. Based in Somerset, NJ, you will work closely with partner teams, Infosys sales and delivery groups, and customers to position integrated cloud, infrastructure and cyber‑security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end alliance relationships and act as the primary point of contact for partner engagements.
• Extract and manage open pipeline data, align with sales owners, and coordinate with Industry Partner Managers on active opportunities.
• Communicate Infosys’s differentiation and capabilities to the sales organization and identify target accounts for joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market (GTM) frameworks, provide technical and sales enablement, and maintain the alliance pipeline.
• Lead RFP and proposal response processes in collaboration with internal and partner teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, alliance or partner management, with a proven record of driving revenue.
• Demonstrated experience owning alliance relationships and executing GTM plans.
• Strong background in handling RFPs and proposal responses.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
