All Source Fusion Analyst (TS/SCI)

About the role

Parsons is seeking an All Source Fusion Analyst to support complex intelligence projects focused on the Indo‑Pacific region. The analyst will work at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, leveraging a Top‑Secret/SCI clearance to collect, fuse, and disseminate intelligence across multiple domains. This role offers the chance to influence strategic decision‑making against near‑peer adversaries.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all‑source analysis of operational environments and produce target packages or serialized products.
• Utilize intelligence community (IC) tools to identify threats, create analytic products, and support DoD priorities.
• Collaborate with interagency analysts to share leads, corroborate information, and enable joint actions on targets of interest.
• Respond promptly to information requests and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Trained Army 35F or equivalent intelligence background.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to synthesize disparate data into coherent reports and brief senior leaders.
• Active US passport and active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SharePoint.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data‑sharing tools and databases.
