Aircraft Electrical Installer – A320

About the role

Airbus is seeking an Aircraft Electrical Installer to join its Manufacturing team at the Mobile, Alabama facility. The role focuses on installing and testing electrical systems for A320 family aircraft, ensuring compliance with work orders and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical tests and inspections, including program preparation, system function checks, earth connection inspections, continuity and ground tests, start‑up operations, troubleshooting and documenting results in SAP.
• Install and produce electrical components at the work station according to orders, including collection, reading, comparison and set‑up.
• Prepare electrical components and workstations based on work orders, ensuring correct configuration and readiness for assembly.

Required profile

• Ability to work on a shop‑floor environment following detailed work orders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• SAP system usage for data entry and documentation.
• Electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Continuity and ground testing.
• Installation of aircraft electrical components.
