About the role

We are looking for experienced recreation‑services professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as independent consultants. In this remote, part‑time role you will help improve large‑language‑model outputs that support activity planning, safety protocols, and participant engagement for community programs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess recreation‑related prompts and activity‑planning scenarios.
• Evaluate AI‑generated rubrics for program quality, safety awareness, and operational logic.
• Identify gaps in supervision, safety, or communication within AI outputs.
• Recommend revisions to evaluation frameworks and draft benchmark responses when needed.
• Apply professional judgment to participant‑focused situations while adhering to confidentiality and fictionalization requirements.

Required profile

• Background in recreation services, parks programs, youth programs, or community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to assess safety and participant‑management scenarios.
• Familiarity with activity planning and coordination.
