About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Product Coordinator to join its Engineering unit in Irving, Texas. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring AI‑driven products are designed, built, and supported with high quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements during the elicitation process.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions for the development team.
• Participate in coding, integrate new features or updates, and maintain system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, modify the codebase, and manage code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth software adoption.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.

Required profile
