AI Operations Builder – Founder’s Office

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional operator with taste, ambition, and a builder mentality. This is not a traditional office admin role; you will create order from chaos, notice details others miss, and use AI instinctively to turn rough ideas into polished execution. The position offers a path to operational leadership as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Run and improve day‑to‑day company operations.
• Build AI‑powered workflows and automations.
• Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Notion, Airtable, and Zapier.
• Create polished presentations, documents, dashboards, and operational systems.
• Coordinate projects and drive follow‑through across teams.
• Support leadership with execution‑heavy operational work.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop internal processes that increase leverage across the company.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, events, office operations, and strategic initiatives.
• Operate with high responsiveness and ownership in a fast‑moving startup environment.
