AI Deployment Lead

About the role

Brain Co. is looking for an AI Deployment Lead to own and drive its most consequential government engagements from discovery through production adoption and expansion. You will shape both the client experience and the product learning loop, working alongside a team built from top tech firms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 2–4 of the most complex AI deployments, ensuring high quality and measurable customer impact.
• Own the end‑to‑end client experience, from sales handoff to relationship building with mayors, city managers, CIOs, and agency heads.
• Develop playbooks, operating cadence, and team structures that enable multiple simultaneous deployments without quality loss.
• Translate agency workflows into buildable AI solutions and orchestrate cross‑functional delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define learning objectives for each deployment and turn field feedback into reusable product capabilities.
• Oversee the broader deployment portfolio as the team scales, driving product R&D and client renewal.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex AI or technology deployments, preferably in regulated or government environments.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships at senior levels and drive adoption.
• Player‑coach mindset: capable of hands‑on delivery while building and mentoring a growing team.
• Strategic thinking to turn deployment outcomes into product improvements.
