AI Consultant – Architecture

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Consultant to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on designing and delivering AI‑driven solutions that enhance product‑centric value streams and accelerate time‑to‑market for telecom and network clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive business requirement documents covering functional and non‑functional needs gathered from client workshops.
• Develop and review solution architecture ensuring scalability, reliability and maintainability.
• Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, tools and platforms to meet business goals.
• Design integration strategies for seamless communication across diverse systems.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment and support phases.
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams and foster collaborative client relationships.
• Identify system risks, monitor performance and propose optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge base and contribute to proposals and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior technology architect or AI consultant, preferably in telecom or network domains.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
