AI Architect – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Architect to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, Texas. You will work as an Architecture Consultant 2, helping clients design and implement scalable, secure AI‑driven solutions that leverage the latest hyperscale and agentic AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyse system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Recommend solution architectures, contribute to technology framework development, and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Research and compare market technologies and tools to identify optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, quality compliance, and support build‑deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Analyse system performance post‑implementation and identify potential risks.
• Create architectural artifacts and technical documentation to enrich the team’s knowledge repository.

Required profile

• Proven ability to analyse, design and develop scalable, secure architectures.
• Strong aptitude for evaluating multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
• Experience working in telecom or OSS/BSS environments is a plus.
