AI Agent Product Manager

About the role

Hello Patient is looking for a technical, high‑agency AI Agent Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered voice, SMS, and chat agents in real healthcare environments. You will lead each customer deployment as a product launch, shaping requirements, building agent behavior, and ensuring successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer deployments from scoping through production go‑live, treating each as a product launch.
• Define and manage the customer‑facing roadmap, prioritising features and sequencing releases.
• Gather requirements directly from customers and translate them into agent logic using prompts, guardrails, tools, and multi‑agent workflows.
• Perform hands‑on prompt engineering and build conversation flows, decision logic, edge‑case handling, and integration behaviors.
• Ship production‑ready agents that handle scheduling, patient context, EMR data, and practice‑specific edge cases.
• Continuously improve agent performance through structured evaluations, live call reviews, and direct feedback.
• Identify unknowns early, de‑risk deployments, and make trade‑off decisions to keep launches on track.
• Collaborate with Conversational Design and Customer Engineering teams on agent behavior and system integrations.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience delivering AI‑driven products.
• Strong ownership mindset, able to manage end‑to‑end product launches.
• Comfortable gathering and translating customer requirements into functional agent behavior.
• Experience working with healthcare workflows and EMR integrations.
