AI Agent Developer

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Agent Developer to join its Engineering unit in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on building and enhancing AI‑driven software components, leveraging full‑stack development and advanced agentic AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, translate software specifications into detailed process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new applications following design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and support performance improvements.
• Integrate new features into existing systems and ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor live applications, troubleshoot issues, and create maintenance documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of coding practices, testing methods, and technical solutions.
