AGS and Spares Supplier Engineer (E4)

About the role

The AGS and Spares Supplier Engineer at Applied Materials is responsible for end‑to‑end project planning, supplier coordination, and delivery of equipment solutions that support advanced semiconductor manufacturing. This role drives technical leadership across internal and external teams while ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans from conception through implementation, defining objectives and allocating resources.
• Manage schedules, task details, and reporting using project management tools and scheduling software.
• Coordinate capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders for equipment worldwide.
• Lead multifunctional design teams, providing technical leadership to internal and external stakeholders.
• Interface with customers to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare releases.

Required profile

• Technical expert in supplier engineering with broad knowledge across related disciplines.
• Proven ability to anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend improvements.
• Strong leadership in high‑risk, complex projects, developing execution strategies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to resolve complex program issues.
