Agent Experience Designer – Voice (Multilingual)

About the role

As an Agent Experience Designer for Voice at Sierra, you will shape high‑quality, multilingual voice experiences for a global portfolio of AI agents. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and customers to improve voice clarity, naturalness, and appropriateness while scaling design processes.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, compare, and iterate on voices across providers, languages, and use cases to maintain high quality.
• Partner with product, engineering, and deployment teams to accelerate multilingual readiness and launch timelines.
• Create and maintain structured evaluation frameworks (rubrics, test suites, scorecards) for voice performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support to diagnose quality gaps and drive improvements.
• Participate in customer‑facing voice design discussions, guiding selections, trade‑offs, and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years blending product craft with systems thinking in voice/AI experience design, conversation design, applied linguistics, UX for AI, or related fields.
• Proven ability to operate across many languages, bring structure to ambiguity, and ship reliable, high‑quality solutions.
• Experience building repeatable evaluation frameworks and using them to inform decisions.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex signals into clear guidance for engineering, product, and customers.
