Agent Engineer – Build AI Agents for Production-Ready Interfaces

About the role

As an Agent Engineer at Coframe you will design and implement the core intelligence that powers AI agents capable of generating production‑ready user interfaces and complex workflows. You will work on cutting‑edge LLM‑based systems that plan, reason, use tools, validate their own output, and continuously improve from real‑world feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI agents that autonomously generate, test, verify, and refine user interfaces and client‑side features.
• Design and implement multi‑step planning, reasoning, and tool‑use pipelines for agents.
• Create validation and monitoring systems that catch bugs, off‑brand outputs, and quality regressions before launch.
• Develop online and offline evaluation frameworks for generated code, designs, and user experiences.
• Integrate agents with browsers, development environments, internal platforms, and external APIs.

Required profile

• Strong software‑engineering fundamentals with experience shipping reliable production systems.
• Hands‑on experience building LLM applications, AI agents, autonomous workflows, or code‑generation tools.
• Proficiency in prompting, retrieval‑augmented generation, tool use, and agent frameworks.
• Ability to design reliable systems around nondeterministic model behavior and implement automated testing.
• Curiosity and pragmatism for tackling problems without established playbooks.
