About the role

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young minds every single day? As an Assistant Teacher you’ll work alongside Lead Teachers to bring creative lesson plans to life, build strong partnerships with families, and create a supportive space where every child feels seen and valued.

Key responsibilities

Assist Lead Teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans.
Communicate regularly with families to share child progress and address concerns.
Maintain a safe, welcoming environment that encourages children’s growth.

Required profile

Fun, engaging, welcoming and nurturing.
Early, punctual and reliable.
Leads by example as a role model.
Creative, innovative and able to thrive in a lively environment.
Comfortable having challenging conversations with parents or peers.
