Aftermarket Sales Specialist

About the role

The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will drive after‑sales activities for Hägglunds Large Hydraulic Drive (LHD) products across the western United States. You will work closely with sales engineers to promote services such as start‑ups, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Develop aftermarket sales for Hägglunds hydraulic drive products, including fitness checks, start‑ups, service, repair and preventive‑maintenance agreements.
• Identify retrofit or upgrade opportunities for legacy Hägglunds units, gearbox drives or competitor low‑speed high‑torque motors and collaborate with sales engineers to propose solutions.
• Create and deliver presentations and quotations that address customer service and aftermarket needs.
• Implement marketing ideas to raise awareness of Hägglunds aftermarket offerings.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key end‑user customers across the assigned territory.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to convey the value of Hägglunds aftermarket solutions.
• Ability to interact regularly with customers and present technical solutions clearly.
