About the role
Join our team to make a difference in the lives of young learners in grades K‑5 at South Beloit school sites. This part‑time position offers a safe, enriching environment without weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the development of children in grades K‑5, creating a safe, enriching and healthy environment.
- Engage positively with families and program participants, delivering excellent service.
Required profile
- Fun, engaging, welcoming and nurturing attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and able to serve as a role model.
- Creative, innovative and comfortable in a lively, sometimes chaotic setting.
- Skilled at having challenging conversations with parents and mediating peer conflicts.
