Affiliate Strategist

About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Strategist who can balance client satisfaction with team success. You will apply strategic and analytical thinking to drive affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners across multiple client accounts.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, analyze partner activity, and present optimization recommendations to clients.
• Design and test commission structures, dynamic attribution models, and cross‑channel strategies to improve results.
• Maintain efficient workflows and adjust processes to maximize productivity.
• Handle day‑to‑day tasks within affiliate networks, ensuring smooth operations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, preferably in agency or brand environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to translate client goals into prioritized, measurable tasks.
• Comfort working with established brands and both independently and within a team.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Pepperjam, or ShareASale.
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards like Affluent.
• Proficiency in G Suite applications.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
