AEP Architect – Digital Experience

About the role

The Digital Experience (DX) unit at Infosys is looking for an AEP Architect to help clients re‑imagine and deliver personalized, human‑centered digital platforms. You will work on end‑to‑end customer experience journeys, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and future‑proof.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather and analyse system requirements for performance, security and scalability.
• Provide solution architecture recommendations, contribute to technology framework development and support enterprise architecture definition.
• Identify and evaluate market technologies and tools to propose optimal architectural options.
• Develop integration strategies and validate proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, maintain quality standards and support build‑and‑deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues during build, deployment and support phases.
• Analyse system performance post‑implementation and flag potential risks.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts for the team’s knowledge repository.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyse, design and develop scalable, secure architectures.
• Experience assessing multiple technologies, tools and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
• Understanding of integration methodologies, proof‑of‑concept validation and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in documenting architectural frameworks and solutions.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
