Advertising Operations Specialist

About the role

At Bumble, the Advertising Operations Specialist ensures clean, reliable ad delivery across Bumble’s direct campaigns and Badoo’s programmatic inventory. The role focuses on accurate trafficking, measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration while upholding Bumble’s values of respect and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end ad operations for direct campaigns, handling trafficking, QA, and on‑time delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to creative rendering, ad tags, measurement discrepancies, and platform integrations.
• Partner with Growth, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product to translate campaign goals into operational plans.
• Manage pacing, creative rotations, and flight schedules, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Support programmatic partner relationships, troubleshoot delivery problems, and optimize inventory utilization.
• Maintain and improve ad‑tech platform operations, including naming conventions, specs, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and governance for brand safety and policy compliance.
• Leverage AI tools for automated QA checks, anomaly detection, and smarter reporting while retaining human oversight.

Required profile

• 4+ years (or 3+ for exceptional candidates) of advertising operations experience.
• Deep experience with Google Ad Manager, including campaign trafficking and ad‑server workflow management.
• Strong analytical ability to assess programmatic performance and drive yield optimizations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions, communicate clearly, and manage changing priorities.
• Comfort with AI‑enhanced workflows and a focus on data privacy and accuracy.
