Advanced Practice RN/PA – Pediatric Cardiology CVICU

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Pediatric Cardiology Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). This full‑time position supports the delivery of specialized cardiac care for children in a high‑acuity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice nursing or physician assistant services to patients in the pediatric cardiology CVICU.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, patient assessments, and procedural support as needed.

Required profile

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Must hold a current APRN or PA license with appropriate credentials for pediatric cardiac care.
