Advanced Practice RN/PA – Interventional Radiology

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Interventional Radiology team. This position provides advanced clinical support for minimally invasive radiologic procedures and contributes to high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing or physician assistant services in the Interventional Radiology department.
• Assist physicians during image‑guided procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Perform pre‑procedure assessments, post‑procedure follow‑up, and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees and graduate assistants).
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Required skills

• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification.
