Advanced Imaging Area Sales Manager – Image Guided Therapy (Southwest)

About the role

We are the industry leader in image‑guided therapy, improving treatment for patients across the Southwest. The Advanced Imaging Area Sales Manager will drive sales of disposable products and services, expand market presence, and collaborate with clinical specialists and territory managers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for all applicable disposable products and services in the assigned territory while advancing revenue and market position.
• Monitor new and upcoming products in the imaging area and align them with company offerings.
• Manage activity, development, and launch‑product goals together with Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers.
• Partner with hospital and clinical contacts to uncover new opportunities for product expansion.

Required profile

• 9+ years of experience with a proven track record in customer relationship and account management within the medical imaging sector.
• Demonstrated experience with Intravascular Ultrasound Systems (IVUS), Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) or Near‑infrared spectroscopy (NIRS).
• BA or BS in Business or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage physicians, clinicians, fellows and C‑suite executives.
• Ability to manage accounts, drive utilization, resolve problems, plan business activities and handle budgets and expense reporting.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 % of the time within the region, with occasional national travel.

What we offer

• Total target earnings of $182,750 – $330,000 per year, including base salary, incentive and a company fleet/car.
