About the role

Mia Aesthetics is seeking an Adult Learning Facilitator to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for its clinical and support staff. The role blends instructional design collaboration with hands‑on classroom delivery, ensuring employees acquire the skills needed to uphold the company’s high standards of patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with instructional designers to create orientation and on‑the‑job curricula.
• Identify training needs with management and schedule appropriate sessions.
• Deliver engaging training using diverse instructional techniques for groups and individuals.
• Monitor trainee performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide mentorship, reinforce learning, and support new hires.
• Assist management on‑site with ongoing training support.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct periodic operational audits.

Required profile
