Admissions Team Lead

About the role

The Admissions Team Lead will manage a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, driving enrollment goals while upholding Campus’s student‑first mission. You will coach, support, and ensure accurate pipeline management in a fast‑growing, innovative two‑year college environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support to help them achieve individual goals.
• Encourage teamwork and foster a collaborative, positive culture within the admissions department.
• Oversee pipeline reviews, monitor performance, and ensure enrollment targets are met.
• Communicate new processes, updates, and hold counselors accountable for adherence.
• Develop motivation methods, conduct weekly 1‑1 sessions, and work with trainers on leadership development.
• Partner with the Director and Trainer to onboard new counselors and recommend improvement plans.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high‑volume student‑facing sales environments.
• Prior leadership/management experience with direct reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
