About the role
The University of Tulsa is seeking qualified Adjunct Professors to teach courses in the Master of Science in Cyber‑Security program online. Positions are filled on a semester‑by‑semester basis, with applications reviewed continuously until all openings are covered.
Key responsibilities
- Follow the course syllabus and departmental guidelines for each class.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students through consultations and electronic communication.
- Assess student progress using established evaluation methods and communicate results promptly.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the broader community.
- Submit required paperwork and forms in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in a related field with either 3+ years of industry experience in cybersecurity or at least 1 year of teaching experience in cybersecurity.
- Preferred: terminal degree in the field, 3+ years of industry experience, and 1+ year of teaching experience in cybersecurity.
