Adjunct Professor – Business College

About the role

The University of Tulsa’s Collins College of Business is seeking qualified Adjunct Professors to teach undergraduate and graduate courses across a range of business disciplines. Candidates will join a dynamic faculty team and contribute to the academic development of students. The position offers the opportunity to share industry expertise and engage in scholarly activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver course content in accordance with the approved syllabus, adhering to departmental, collegial, and institutional guidelines.
• Provide timely, high‑quality feedback and support to students through personal consultations, electronic communication, and other appropriate methods.
• Assess student performance using established evaluation methods, measure progress toward course objectives, and communicate results promptly.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the broader community, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Required profile

• A graduate degree in a related field (e.g., accounting, finance, marketing, management).
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience or a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the subject matter.
