About the role
Join Athens Technical College as an Adjunct Instructor in Psychology, teaching both Associate of Science and Developmental courses to students in the Athens Community Career Academy.
Key responsibilities
- Teach psychology courses at all Athens Community Career Academy locations.
- Deliver instruction using college‑approved methods, including face‑to‑face, online, and audio/video formats.
Required profile
- Master’s degree with at least 18 semester hours in psychology.
- Graduate coursework in lifespan development.
- Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
- Willingness to teach across multiple campus sites.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous teaching experience at the post‑secondary level.
- Experience with online teaching platforms; Blackboard preferred.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with education and experience. The position does not include State of Georgia benefits.
