About the role
East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma seeks part‑time adjunct instructors for its College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. The university serves approximately 3,500 students from 35 countries and 22 states, and values equity, diversity, and active learning. The College is committed to inclusiveness and to providing online instruction for adult learners. Adjunct faculty will join a pool of qualified educators to teach undergraduate and graduate courses during the 2025‑2026 academic year, both on‑site and online.
Key responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in disciplines such as Art (including Art History), Communication, Media, Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice, American Sign Language, Spanish, and English Composition.
- Teach graduate courses in Counseling and Criminal Justice.
- Provide instruction both in‑person at the Ada campus and through online platforms.
