About the role

Gwinnett Technical College seeks a part‑time Adjunct Faculty member to teach Business Management courses. The position reports to the Program Director of Business Management and is compensated on a lump‑sum basis for contact hours taught.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver lecture or lab material for core business courses, both in‑person and online.
  • Develop lesson plans, evaluate student progress, and maintain required documentation and administrative reports.
  • Ensure safety and security standards are met in training areas.
  • Assist with recruitment, retention, and job placement efforts for students.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in a related discipline or at least 18 graduate credit hours in the field.
  • Minimum two years of related work experience; prior teaching experience (face‑to‑face or online) is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office certifications are desirable.
  • Demonstrated commitment, trustworthiness, and ability to follow supervisor feedback.
