About the role
Georgia’s Technical College System seeks an Adjunct Instructor to teach English courses. The position supports students across multiple campuses, including high‑school and career academy sites, using a variety of instructional methods.
Key responsibilities
- Teach English courses at all Athens Technical College locations, including high‑school and career academy campuses.
- Deliver instruction using college‑approved methods such as face‑to‑face, online, and audio/video formats.
Required profile
- Master’s degree with at least 18 semester hours in English.
- Strong communication skills, professional work ethic, and willingness to teach at multiple sites.
- Preferred: prior post‑secondary teaching experience and familiarity with online teaching platforms.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Blackboard or similar learning management systems.
- Experience using online teaching platforms for course delivery.
