Adjunct Anatomy & Physiology Instructor – Multiple Campus Locations

About the role

Lanier Technical College is seeking qualified professionals to teach Anatomy and Physiology courses on a part‑time, per‑term basis across its multiple campuses. The position is non‑benefits eligible and focuses on delivering curriculum to diverse adult learners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instruction based on approved course syllabi, ensuring learning outcomes are met.
• Develop curriculum materials, lesson outlines, and assessments for assigned classes.
• Evaluate student progress, grade examinations, and maintain accurate grade records.
• Participate in in‑service training, workshops, and seminars as required.
• Maintain safety and security standards within training environments and meet all supervisory deadlines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Biology, a related medical field, or a Doctor of Medicine/Doctor of Chiropractic degree, with appropriate subject‑related coursework.
• Minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in relevant subject areas if holding a master’s degree.
• Ability to effectively teach and supervise diverse adult learners in classroom settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using computers and job‑related software programs.
• Familiarity with student information systems.
